Quick Clean QRB Hydrolet Valve – Packing Nut Style
The Betts Quick Clean QRB (Quick Removable Bonnet) Hydrolet is a 3” manually operated loading/unloading stop-valve typically used in conjunction with a primary self-closing stop-valve on DOT407 and 412 cargo tanks.
The Quick Clean Hydrolet is differentiated from the standard Hydrolet by its large 4” bonnet providing unobstructed access to the seamless straight-bore body for efficient cleaning and maintenance. The Quick Clean Hydrolet also has the added feature of a sacrificial shear section located between the inlet flange and the valve body, designed to help protect the piping in the event of an impact but does not retain product in the piping.
Constructed from durable 316 stainless steel, the Quick Clean Hydrolet is available in both 90-degree and 45-degree configurations, with either flanged or threaded outlet options.
