Manifold/EV Vertical Air Control Panel – Push/Pull with Master Control Air Reset, Gauge, and PTO Control

The Betts’ Manifold/EV Vertical Air Control Panel can be used to manage the operation of an Air Manifold and other corresponding pneumatic components such as Internal Self-closing Stop Valves, Vapor Valves and PTO pumps.  The Manifold/EV Air Control Panel combines the Master Control Valve (see AD22MC) with a bank of Distributor Valves (see AD22V) to provide a “plug and play” assembly that can be used to direct commodity through the manifold to the appropriate unloading pump.  Panel style “V” also includes a Pressure Gauge and a bank of EV Distributor Valves (see VD22V) for individual internal valve control.  An Emergency Shutdown Valve (see ES22PP) is offered separately to complete the pneumatic control system.

The Master Control Valve provides a “reset” function when pushed in to retract all the Distributor Valves to the closed position.  Typical installation of this panel is with a single manifold, but two vertical air control panels with shuttle valves can be used in tandem to operate a Dual Air Manifold system for tank trucks with dual pump systems.  As with any system, the operator must be aware of which commodity is in which compartment and follow correct operational and safety procedures.

The valve blocks and panel are lightweight anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion resistance and increased performance.
